    • Upon arrival of the Salon Lofts Suites, please have a seat in the lobby and I will be with you momentarily. If you have any paperwork to fill out or if you’re interested in buying a membership or package, please arrive 10 minutes early for your appointment.
 
  • Appointment Cancellation Policy
    • We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of the price of your scheduled appointment. To ensure that all of our clients are treated fairly and are able to receive treatment in a timely manner, we understand life happens! Fenix kindly asks that you provide at least 24-hours notice if you need to change, reschedule or cancel your appointment. If leaving a deposit as a new client your deposit will apply to your balance. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on my waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. My appointments are confirmed 72 hours in advance & again in 24 because I know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, I just ask for communication so a Cancellation fee won't have to apply.
